Famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav is the subject of a formal complaint after he allegedly assaulted another YouTuber, Sagar Thakur (Maxtern), in Gurugram, Haryana. The event started when Thakur made negative comments about Yadav on social media, which led to a personal encounter at a store in Gurugram.
A recording of the incident, which showed Yadav and friends aggressively abusing Maxtern at a Gurugram clothing store, went popular on social media. Public outrage over the video has resulted in pleas for Yadav to face harsh punishment.
Victim’s Version
Elvish Yadav and eight or ten of his drunken colleagues attacked Thakur without warning, according to Thakur’s FIR. Yadav even allegedly threatened to break Thakur’s spine. The victim anticipated a conversation that would be verbal, but instead he suffered physical abuse and derogatory remarks.
Police Reaction
In response to Thakur’s accusation, the police filed a formal complaint under sections 147, 149, 323, as well as 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Elvish Yadav is no stranger to trouble; he was previously embroiled in a well-publicized brawl at a Jaipur restaurant.
Elvish Yadav’s Past Controversies
Yadav is already entangled in legal proceedings with a case involving snake venom and rave parties, having been charged with supplying and utilizing snake venom. In addition, the victim claims that throughout the attack, Yadav threatened to murder him.
