The lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday, claims that Jonasson was fired hours after the alleged attack because Diesel allegedly forced himself on her during her nine days working as his assistant. Allegations of sexual battery, inciting a hostile work environment, negligent leadership, and wrongful firing are made against Diesel, his company One Race Productions, including Diesel’s sister Samantha Vincent in the lawsuit.
