Vijay Antony’s Daughter Meera Passes Away

Meera, the 16-year-old daughter of famed music director now actor Vijay Antony and his wife Fathima, hanged herself in the early morning hours of Tuesday, in a devastating twist of events. As per media accounts, the young lady, a 12th-grader at a private institution in Chennai, was struggling with depression.

Authorities revealed that Meera was sent to a private hospital for a medical emergency, but regrettably, her condition proved fatal. The authorities are looking into the conditions surrounding her death and have sent her body for a post-mortem study because they believe suicide was the cause.

According to reports, the tragic incident happened at around three in the morning when Vijay Antony discovered she was hanging from a fan’s hook after using her dupatta. He was able to carry her down with the help of the house staff and hurriedly transfer her to Kaveri Hospital.

The sudden and terrible death of Meera shocked her family, acquaintances, and the whole film industry. The family of Vijay Antony is currently suffering the tragic loss of their cherished daughter.

Condolences and expressions of support have flooded in from the film business in response to this tragic news. Venkat Prabhu, the director, offered his condolences to Vijay and his family. The actor Sarathkumar also expressed his condolences, recognizing the family’s unfathomable loss.
