Pran pratistha

In a significant prelude to the upcoming ‘pran-pratishta’ ritual on January 22, the 51-inch idol of Ram Lalla, crafted by Mysuru-based artist Arun Yogiraj, graced the sanctum sanctorum of Ayodhya’s Ram temple. Yogiraj, representing five generations of sculptors, adorned the statue with religious symbols like Om, Ganesh, Swastik, Hanuman, and Kamala Nayan.

Elaborate Design Unveiled

While initial glimpses featured the idol draped in white fabric, recent images provide a closer look at its intricate design. The fine workmanship not only enhances the spiritual ambiance but also sets the tone for the forthcoming consecration ceremony.

Pran Pratishta Celebration Details

The celebration on Monday, with over 7,500 distinguished guests, including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and 4,000 saints, will involve prayers and religious rites. The pivotal ceremony during the ‘Abhijith Muhurta’ will witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attendance, marking a crucial milestone in the Ram temple’s construction.
